ONLY COOL HOUSES! is my fun roundup of real estate eye candy and updates to ring in the weekend, sharing a few of my favorite properties in and around Philadelphia that are fresh on the market.
Sorry to distract you from this GORGEOUS weather we are having, but I had a couple things I wanted to say! First of all, shouting out that I’m honored to be named as a Top Real Estate Producer in 2026 by Philly Mag! Stoked! Second is that we have a couple new listings that are just so sick, I’m so very excited to share them with you. The one on 5th Street was even featured as the Inquirer Property of the Week! Third is that while working on my porch I had my bird ID app on and it picked up a tufted titmouse, red bellied woodpecker, eastern kingbird AND a cedar waxwing among others, a real treat. Tis the season, keep those feeders full!! Other than that, just like the birds, the market is popping off. I expect it to continue into the summer, since we had a relatively slow start to the spring market. It’s never too early to get the ball rolling, on buying or selling, things move quickly so plan ahead and be prepared! OK, onto the important part, the cool houses!
