Oh April, oh April, a month that truly does whatever it wants. The explosion of bird song from early morning til late at night, cute little trout lilies popping up in the Wiss, cherry blossoms (and cherry blossom selfies) galore, cold nights and some *surprisingly* hot days that just keep getting longer and longer...I love it. Over here at the ol’ HQ in Germantown we have been drinking it in, watching the storms roll through, counting flower sprouts, enjoying quiet mornings on the porch with the sun on our faces, and yes a little sneezing too. Don’t wait before it’s too hot to get outside, it’s (dare I say) perfect right now. Windows open, folks!
On the real estate side, things are cooking. Some really cool listings for you this week, during what seems like a bit of a push toward a recognizable “spring market,” balancing out the supply to catch up to the demand. It seemed like folks had been waiting to see how things shake out, and this year has been a little confusing to say the least starting out with low inventory, but as they say, “we create the road by walking,” meaning don’t wait for the perfect situation to fall into your lap, otherwise you’ll be waiting forever. And your life is too important to wait around for things to happen!
